Layaway Plan
Our layaway plan is designed to help you establish a history and build the down payment for your new home quickly. Once you have selected a model and the features you want, we divide a percentage of the purchase price by the number of months you are comfortable with. 100% of your monthly payments become your down payment upon completion of payments. We then finance the purchase price balance and build your home.
Example: You chose the 481 square foot, one bedroom, one bathroom, Haven+ model. After selecting your preferences, the final purchase price is $47,600.
Formula: Purchase price x 15% down payment ÷ 24 months = monthly payment
The math: $47,600 x 0.15 ÷ 24 = $297.50 per month

Once you've made your 21st monthly payment, we begin to manufacture your new home. Upon your 24th monthly payment, we schedule delivery, installation and finalize your home loan.
The math: $47,600 - 24 monthly payments of $297.50 = $40,460 financed.

Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are factory built housing you can add to your existing single-family home lot for personal use or rental income. We can finance any of our models as an ADU (where permissible by building codes).
